I guess your daughter is around my age too. Its always good to spend some years explore a bit around the world before landing a permanent job. Flight attendant is definitely one of the best choices, and also a great option as a life long career.
I was quite interested about your life now in HAECO since I am currently in the final interview of GT programme. Would you mind sending me some tips and your personal feeling about the company to my Email? Thank you so much =)
I am interested in working at HAECO and would like to know more about the job nature and company info. That would be great if you can give me some advice. Looking for chatting with you.
Hey Wally, I am going to work in HAECO very very soon under the Graduate Trainee Program (License) also. Would you mind to share with me more about your experiences in the industry?
Hey Wally,
I think we are very much alike.
I am working in Haeco and would like to pursued my dream to become a pilot .
Would you mind sharing your experience with me?
Hey Jun, I’m interested and I’m going to apply this graduate trainee program as well. Actually I have tried to make decision since the year before my university life. However, I didn’t choose to study aerospace engineering for some reasons and took a business related degree but I don’t like it actually. After graduated in 2011, I thought it would be better and more interesting if I actually get a job. But…the answer is “NO" and this dream raise up in my mind again. However, i don’t know any technical stuff about aircraft and I have no idea how to start to prepare for my career in this industry. Would you mind share and talk deeper about this industry with me? This following is my email: kevin19880417@yahoo.com.hk and much appreciate for your help. Really happy to read your blog, especially the post “HAECO GT COMMENCEMENT CALL 開工電話” while I was seeking for information about this industry.
I will be graudated with BA (hons) International Business Management theme. I am going to have the 2013 GT programme written test of HAECO graduate trainee. I would like to know more about the details of the programme and is there any tips or advices for me, please?
That’s about YOU. Tell them who you are and impress them by telling them your unique story. The managemnet would definitely ask you why you want to join the company and the industry. I guess that’s what you expected. My opinion is, get yourself ready in the mode and really spend time to understand yourself. You should be the only one who could tell your own story with the most accurate information. So no matter what they ask about YOU, you can manage to answer them well.
would you mind sharing the offer details about salary and job prospects of GT through email?
Thanks

I think what I mentioned in the entry “HAECO Graduate Trainee – 啟航半年" more or less gives the whole picture. Without having any background info of yours, I couldn’t give any extra comments since the streams are quite different in their prospect.
Hello, same as the others, I found your blog through yahoo, too.
I am an engineering student who has planned to get into the aviation industry since I was a kid.
May I ask for some details about your experience in HEACO or share some infomation about the aviaiton industry with you through email?

I am currently a master student at City University. I have applied for the Graduate Trainee program of HAECO, and will have a written test tomorrow.
I am a bit anxious about the written test tomorrow. Could you please share with me what the format of the written test at HAECO would be? What types of questions would be asked?
Please refer to other comments in all threads related to HAECO.
Things about the written test are already there enough to answer your question.
In short, expect nothing technical but only English.
Hello Wally,
I have applied for this year HKYAA course and I am going to have an interview in middle of July. Could you share your experince with me ? Perhaps what kinds of questions the interviewer will ask . Something tenchnical ? Will the interviewer ask questions that are related to those I had answered in the online applocation ?

Dear HiuMan,
Sorry of replying late as I am quite busy lately. And I believe you have had your interview already. As you can expect, they would ask questions based on your background and proficiency to see whether you walk extra miles. Materials you summit will be considered for sure.
It is anyway similar to any interview that you might face through out your life. Prepare yourself the best and get familiar with what you are applying for and what you expect to give and take from them.
Cheers,
Wally

As I don’t have much info about you, here are some general advices.
Make sure you do the basics, be in time, dress appropriately and be yourself. You are there for a career instead of a job. So think of answers that are for the long term.
Just imagine you are the manager, what are the qualities that you are looking for from a candidate who’s becoming like you one day.
My dream is to let my daughter, Anastasia to become a good CX Floght Attendant.
I guess your daughter is around my age too. Its always good to spend some years explore a bit around the world before landing a permanent job. Flight attendant is definitely one of the best choices, and also a great option as a life long career.
